Join us for a magical experience that pairs our Evolution Tour with Fuegos de Apalta's new premium menu: The Dream.

During the tour you'll enjoy a vertical tasting of four older vintages of the icon wine you choose between Alpha M, Montes Folly, or Purple Angel - guided by a wine expert who will reveal how extended ageing enriches these top-tier wines.

Afterward, savour 'The Dream', a seven-course menu in which chef Francis Mallmann showcases his passion for potato dishes alongside the finest cuts of Chilean wagyu beef and other meats, all paired with our most iconic wines selected by Aurelio Montes.
