A superb wine and gastronomy experience bringing together the very best of Viña Montes: our renowned Double Icon Tour and a three-course à la carte lunch at Fuegos de Apalta, where each dish is paired with a carefully selected range of Montes wines chosen to enhance every preparation.

The experience begins in our iconic cellar, nestled in the heart of the Apalta Valley and surrounded by imposing hills and vineyards. Accompanied by one of our experienced hosts, you will discover the philosophy behind Viña Montes, learn about our winemaking process, and taste a selection of wines that reflect the character and excellence of our terroir.

The experience culminates at Fuegos de Apalta, the restaurant helmed by Francis Mallmann, with a three-course à la carte lunch — starter, main course and dessert — prepared with seasonal ingredients and the distinctive touch of open-fire cooking. You will be welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine and enjoy a specially designed pairing, in which the starter and main course are accompanied by premium Montes wines, creating a culinary journey that celebrates the perfect harmony between wine, cuisine and landscape.
