MONTES SPARKLING ANGEL

Montes Sparkling Angel

Coming from our vineyard in Zapallar, under the cool breeze of the Pacific Ocean. This Brut sparkling wine is crafted using the Traditional Method or `Méthode Champenoise,` the same technique used for Champagne in France and Cava in Spain. It is a subtle and sumptuous sparkling wine on the palate, with notes of nuts, dried fruits, and bread crumbs. Its bubbles stand out in true French style.

in the Valley Aconcagua Costa

Just 11 km from the Pacific Ocean and located in the northern part of the Aconcagua Costa wine region, Viña Montes is the only winery with vines planted in this new D.O. It is characterized by having summers with fresh, cloudy mornings, midday sunshine, followed by clouds and cooler temperatures in the afternoon. These conditions promote the slow maturation of the grapes, contributing to the development of complexity and powerful aromas.
